Breaking the ICE

Sometimes when you meet new people and you don't know what to say or do, you just hope that someone will just start a conversation or introduce you to each other. Well, if that does not happen then maybe you just leave it at that or some what until something comes up next..

Stop expecting someone to do something. Here's what you can do! These are some links to some ice-breaking activities...

Themed lessons

This is a link which I find very useful and interesting. Although it's not exactly meant for Malaysia as it's under the 4 season categories, I find some of the links there to the respective themes very useful. It really depends on you to modify the lesson to suit your students isn't it? =)

So here's the link!

Guides to Writing Reflection after a Lesson =)

This is a very useful link to a blog post by a fellow TESL-ian blogger who has just graduated last year =).

I find her blog very informative and the tips are very useful especially for those who are new and are currently undergoing the practicum phase (just like me).. Have a look at her blog called Life as a Teacher.
